Working in Multifamily, I found a group that let me use my analytical and finance skills but also helped me become more customer service-focused. After several years of working on the Customer Engagement team, I had the opportunity to move to Credit Underwriting, which allowed me to broaden my skillset while still getting to work with our lender partners and other production teams.
